These Feedback Terms apply whenever you send EVRMENT (“Evrment,” “we,” “us”) feedback, ideas, suggestions, feature requests, workflows or other comments about Evrment (“Feedback”), including through the waitlist on evrment.com. The version you accept is recorded with your submission (current version 2026-09-14.1).
1. Feedback is voluntary
You never have to send Feedback, and nothing about your place on the waitlist depends on it. We read what you send and we are grateful for it.
2. What not to send
Please don't include confidential or proprietary information that belongs to someone else, such as your employer's or another company's trade secrets, and don't include personal information about your clients or leads. Describe the problem or the idea, not the private details behind it.
3. License
By sending Feedback you grant Evrment a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, develop and implement it, in Evrment or anything else we build. You also acknowledge that Evrment may already be building, or may independently build, something similar to what you suggest.
4. No relationship or compensation
Sending Feedback does not create an employment, partnership, consulting, inventor, joint-ownership, royalty or compensation relationship between you and Evrment. You should not expect payment, equity, royalties, credit or intellectual-property rights if Evrment later ships something similar to your Feedback.
5. Waitlist benefits
Any benefit connected to the waitlist, such as founding-user pricing or early access, is governed by the waitlist offer itself (see the Waitlist section of our Terms). It is not compensation for Feedback, and sending Feedback neither earns nor affects it.
6. Your rights
You keep whatever rights you already hold in your own ideas. These terms are a license to Evrment, not an assignment of your ideas to us.
