Client portal
Your clients get a door of their own.
Every agency on Evrment gets a client portal. Policyholders sign in to see their coverage, their documents and their beneficiaries, message their agent, and open a service request, without a phone call.
Policy details
The answer to “what do I have?” without the call.
Carrier, product, premium, coverage amount, status and draft date, drawn from the same book of business your agency works in. When the record changes in Evrment, the client sees the change.
- Every policy the client holds with the agency
- Status in plain language
- Draft date and premium amount
Documents
Paperwork they can find at 9pm.
Policy documents, ID cards and annual statements in one place, ready to download. Every download is recorded.
- Contracts and coverage summaries
- ID cards and statements
- Download history in the audit log
Beneficiaries, payments, messages
Who is covered, whether it is paid, and a line to you.
Clients see the beneficiaries on file and whether premium is current. This shows status only; Evrment does not process premium payments.
Messages go to a thread that lands in the agent's Comms hub, next to every other conversation with that client.
Service requests and reviews
Requests that open themselves.
An address change, a beneficiary change or a coverage question opens straight into the agency's servicing queue, with the client and the policy already attached. Clients can also book a 30-minute policy review on their agent's calendar.
- Address, beneficiary and coverage requests
- Lands in the servicing queue
- Policy review booking
Branding with the agency's name and mark, and individual client sign-in, are planned.
Agent presence
Every agent gets a front door.
A professional page with the agent's own branding, a digital card their prospects can save, booking links for the way they actually sell, and the door their clients walk through to reach their policies.
Personal site
A per-agent public page with their own headshot and details.
In daily useDigital card
A downloadable contact file and a QR code, sendable mid-call.
In daily useBooking links
Four purpose-built types (general, mortgage protection, veterans, policy review), booked in the visitor's own time zone with the consent record stored beside the appointment.
In daily useSelf-serve cancel and reschedule in developmentClient sign-in

What is in development, and what is planned.
