AI team

An AI operating layer, not an AI tool.

An AI tool waits for a prompt, sees one slice of the business and forgets. An operating layer works from your agency's own records, inside the permissions you set, and leaves an audit trail. Evrment gives you eight units with defined authority, each showing what it is allowed to do today.

Eight of the units inside a larger AI organization with departments and an executive layer. The AI organization

Tool or layer

The difference is what it can see, and what it is allowed to do.

An AI tool

Waits for a prompt. Sees whatever is inside the one tool it lives in. Writes something, then forgets it happened.

An AI operating layer

Works from the agency's own records, inside the permissions you set, at the rung your agency approved, and leaves an audit entry behind every action.

Departments, not mascots.

Each unit belongs to a department and is defined the way a role is defined: a scope, a set of permissions, the context it is allowed to read, the objectives it works toward, the rules for escalating, and an audit trail.

  • ScopeThe part of the business it is responsible for.
  • PermissionsWhat it may read, and what it may do.
  • ContextYour agency and your downline. Never anyone else's.
  • ObjectivesWhat it is trying to move, stated plainly.
  • EscalationWhat it must hand to a person, and when.
  • AuditActor, module, action and diff, on every action.

Vega owns a department, not a button.

The workforce stays at eight units. Vega is the CMO, and the marketing functions are desks the department works at rather than new named units. Atlas coordinates across departments, Shield reviews before anything launches, and Ledger keeps score.

  • StrategyTurns an objective into a plan, a test budget and the criteria that decide whether it worked.
  • Market IntelligenceContinuous watch on your connected accounts, platform and policy changes, public ad libraries where permitted, search and seasonal trends, and the regulatory changes that touch how you advertise. Every report says what changed, why it matters and what to do.
  • Campaign OperationsStructure, audiences, geography, budgets, placements, tests and pacing.
  • CreativeHypotheses, copy, static and video concepts, hooks, scripts, storyboards, shot lists and calls to action.
  • FunnelsLanding pages, forms, qualification, thank-you and booking flows, with variants and conversion tests — under your brand, your offer, your audience, your history and your rules. Never a generic AI page.
  • LifecycleNurture, reactivation, retention, referrals, reviews, birthdays and holidays.
  • Recruiting MarketingRecruiting content, ads and funnels, licensed and unlicensed paths, and interview booking.
  • Attribution & AnalysisSource to outcome, in plain English, with known, assisted and unattributed kept apart.
  • ReviewAds, forms, pages and messages checked against your agency's standards, carrier advertising requirements, platform policies, and consent and disclosure rules, before anything launches.

More leverage. Never less control.

AI doesn't care about your people, carry your license, or make your hard calls. It shouldn't. What it can do is carry the watching, remembering and follow-through that eat a leader's week, so the leader's attention goes where only a leader can help.

Hard limits

What the AI cannot do.

These limits are part of each unit's definition, not a setting someone can switch off.

  • AtlasCannot spend money without approval.
  • AtlasCannot send external communication directly.
  • VegaCannot publish externally without approval.
  • VegaCannot change ad spend.
  • ShieldCannot override quiet hours.
  • ShieldCannot approve its own exceptions.
  • LedgerCannot move money.
  • LedgerCannot change budgets.
  • BanksCannot send bulk communication without approval.
  • AvaCannot quote guaranteed rates.
  • AvaCannot answer your personal line.
  • DilaCannot call without consent on file.
  • DilaCannot call outside 9am–8pm lead-local.
  • FlowstateCannot speak on the call.

Every AI unit operates inside your workspace and your downline. None of them can read another agency's data, and none of them are trained on yours.

Atlas · AI CEO

A business partner with a stake, not an assistant.

Atlas is the AI CEO of your business. His scope is your agency and your downline, and nothing else. He never sees another agency's data, and he never works for anyone but you.

He acts like he has a stake: maximize growth, minimize loss. You are the founder. Atlas is the partner who reads the whole business at once and tells you plainly what needs you. He is not a help desk and not a tour guide.

  • Reads your pipeline, book, ledger and activity as one picture.
  • Brings forward what needs a decision, and leaves the rest alone.
  • Takes quick logs and reminders in plain language.
  • Is allowed to disagree with you — including telling you not to spend.

Allowed to disagree. Most of the marketing world earns more when you spend more. Evrment is built to tell you when not to. Atlas can say no, not yet, test it smaller, or fix this first. You keep final authority on every one of them.

How Atlas reads the business, what you can ask it and where its authority stops has its own page.

Ava · Inbound campaign voice

Campaign calls, routed by your rules.

Ava is the inbound receptionist for campaign traffic. When a lead calls the number on your ad or your text, Ava checks whether you are clocked in and inside your business hours, and rings your call dock if you are.

When you are not available, the caller reaches an honest voicemail and you get a missed-call notice. Servicing requests become items in your queue instead of sticky notes.

  • Owns the line your campaigns point to.
  • Routes by clocked-in status and business hours.
  • Turns servicing requests into queue items.
  • Routing is live. Conversational voice is in development.

Ava, Dila, the campaign engine and the booking pages are one Sales Operations system, not four features: the lead-conversion page walks it from the form fill to a prepared conversation.

Flowstate · Live coaching

A coach in the call, not in the recap.

Flowstate is live in-call coaching. It follows your script stage as the conversation moves, and prompts the next question, the tie down and the close while there is still time to use them.

A scorecard tells you what you should have said. This tells you while you can still say it. Flowstate runs on a simulated demo clock today.

  • Follows your script stage as the call moves.
  • Prompts the next step in the moment.
  • Notes what was missed for review.
ComingOn the roadmap, not shipped

Conversational voice for Ava and Dila.

Today, Ava routes calls, takes voicemail and flags what was missed. Routing is live. Conversational voice is in development. Dila, the outbound voice unit, is in development and places no calls today.

Natural-language voice, inbound and outbound, is in development. When it ships, Ava and Dila will identify themselves as AI and hand the call to you when a person is needed. Until then, this page will keep saying so.
